Age-Friendly Outreach

As part of our commitment to connecting with older adults, caregivers, and individuals in underserved neighborhoods in Duluth, we’re proud to partner with the Zeitgeist Center for Arts and Community. Together, we actively support an Age-Friendly Outreach Specialist.

Our Age-Friendly Outreach Specialist actively engages with the community by tabling at various locations and sharing valuable resources that older adults and caregivers in Duluth need to thrive.
