Housing Needs

Eco3 is excited to launch the Energy Training Corps, an AmeriCorps program that teaches trade skills while redefining home improvement practices. This program integrates energy efficiency, disaster resilience, health, and aging-in-place assessments to develop holistic home upgrade plans.

This program also cross-trains AmeriCorps members and Lighthouse Center for Vital Living staff to identify when housing improvements or adaptive technologies are needed to support the health and wellness of older adults.
